to the website of the Provincial Grand Conclave of Kent in the Order
of the Secret Monitor, or Brotherhood of David and Jonathan in the
British Isles and its Districts and Conclaves Overseas.
What greater themes could one wish for in any Masonic Order than those
of friendship and caring? This is principally what The Order of the
Secret Monitor is about. Its ceremonial is based on the Old Testament
story of the lifelong friendship between David and Jonathan.
Here you can find a brief history of the Order, about the Regalia
required, the Conclaves which make up the Provincial Grand Conclave of
Kent, the current Provincial Officers and how to contact us for more
information. You will also find some items of news of relevance to the
Order.

Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler
Breaking News
Finally the news we have all been dreading is official.
R Wy Bro Kevin Johnson has decided to retire with effect from the 30th April and his
successor has been announced as Wy Bro Scott Dunn who will become Deputy Grand
Supreme Ruler in Charge until he is officially invested in October at our Provincial Meeting.
The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, R Wy Bro Kevin Johnson and the Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler,
Wy Bro Scott Dunn, are planning an official visit to Eric Norman Le Fre Conclave at Welling on the 27th April 2024.
The meeting at Westwood Masonic Centre, Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent, DA16 3RD is scheduled to start at 12:30pm
and will be followed by the Installation meeting of The Kentish Man Consistory where
Dist Comp Kevin Johnson will be installing his successor Em Comp Dan Unthank.
The PGSR and DPGSR would both appreciate a good turnout from the Provincial Officers in supporting them,
particularly as R Wy Bro Kevin is making the very long journey from his new home to Welling.
